1. Agreement to Terms
By using the TrustLine Plumbing website or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our Services
TrustLine Plumbing provides professional residential and commercial plumbing services including but not limited to:
- Emergency plumbing and burst pipe repair
- Drain cleaning and hydro-jetting
- Water heater installation, repair, and replacement
- Pipe repair and repiping
- Fixture installation (sinks, toilets, showers, faucets)
- Sewer line inspection, cleaning, and repair
3. Service Area
We primarily serve Toronto and surrounding areas in Ontario, Canada. Service availability outside of our standard area is at our discretion and may be subject to additional travel fees, which will be communicated to you before any work begins.
4. Booking and Estimates
Submitting a contact or booking form on our website does not constitute a confirmed appointment. A member of our team will contact you to confirm availability and provide a quote. All estimates are provided before any work begins. We do not charge for estimates unless a diagnostic service is required (e.g., camera inspection), in which case the fee will be communicated upfront.
5. Pricing and Payment
- All pricing is provided upfront before work begins. We do not surprise you with hidden fees after the fact.
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, credit card, and e-transfer.
- For larger projects, a deposit may be required to secure materials and scheduling.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a service call fee to cover the technician's time and travel.
7. Workmanship Warranty
TrustLine Plumbing stands behind its work. We provide a 2-year workmanship warranty on all labour performed by our technicians. If an issue arises from our work within that period, we will return and correct it at no additional cost to you.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party modifications
- Pre-existing conditions unrelated to the work performed
- Manufacturer defects in parts or materials (covered by the respective manufacturer warranty)
8. Access to Property
You agree to provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to the areas of your property where service is required. TrustLine Plumbing is not responsible for delays or inability to complete work due to restricted access.
9. Limitation of Liability
TrustLine Plumbing carries liability insurance as required by Ontario law. In the event of accidental damage caused by our technicians during a service visit, please notify us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the service in question.
10. Website Use
The content on this website is for general informational purposes only. While we make every effort to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of the information provided. You use this website at your own risk.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
